HeNix Men’s Hosted Circles are confidential, structured community spaces designed specifically for men to step away from the "always-on" daily grind, drop the heavy armour, and connect authentically.
These regular circles combine practical mental resilience, mindfulness techniques, and ongoing support to ensure no man has to navigate life's heavy pressures in isolation.
The meditation principles I use are framed as easy to follow and use alongside your mental clarity in your busy lives.
Designed for everyone, the practice focuses on simple, can-do, time-friendly lessons for sharpening focus and managing your daily pressures.

My Journey & The Story Behind HeNix
For 20 years, I lived in the relentless, high-pressure world of global corporate brand management. From the outside, I was leading major teams and delivering massive global events.
On the inside, I was living in a constant state of "always-on" stress, carrying the heavy armour that so many men feel forced to wear every single day.
I knew what it meant to push through fatigue, mask anxiety, and pretend everything was fine. But running on fumes eventually catches up with you.
Not long ago, I hit my own dark period—a period of intense burnout and personal struggle that forced me to pause and re-examine everything.
That period was my darkest time; I was close to suicide as I couldn’t see anything past that day - but I stopped, walked away, and I had to change.
Experiencing that near loss it was a raw, devastating wake-up call.
It made one thing painfully clear: too many men are suffering in silence, fighting internal battles behind confident exteriors, and navigating the dark without a safe place to turn.
Out of those personal struggles and that painful loss, HeNix was born—taking its name from the idea of "He" rising like the Phoenix from the ashes of past struggles.
